Training sessions are evenly divided between two styles of exercise. Half the class is spent on intervals, cardio, functional movement and strength. The other half is spent with a variety of resistance exercises- pressing, pulling, squatting, crunching and jumping. The exercises are fun, rewarding and challenging.
John is an experienced trainer who knows what you should be doing and how. You do not need to worry about doing too little or not enough. You just give your best in the training sessions and in return your trainer will make sure you achieve your goals.
You are investing more than money into your health and goals. There is an emotional, physical and psychological component to reaching every goal. Your trainer will plan a program for you, specific to your needs that will fit your body type and goals.
John will develop individualised custom training plans for every client based on your health, lifestyle, and personalised preferences. The goal is to help clients get in their best shape, improve metabolism, and have more energy leading to a longer, healthier and more productive life.
John works with clients to identify their fitness goals whether they be simply for weight loss, completing a marathon, increasing cardio or improving functional body movements, then he uses all his energy, knowledge and resources to help them achieve those goals.
Your trainer is open for communication with clients, discussing any questions, concerns and even celebrating successes. John wants all clients to enjoy training and exercise as much as he does and feels the best reward is watching clients improve their health and achieve their fitness goals.
It is understood that at times it is difficult to stay in shape, look great and perform at your peak on your own. Whether you need to lose a few extra kilos, tone up and strengthen your body or prepare yourself for competition - John can motivate you, challenge you and train you to reach your goals at JPD Fitness.
